21" (54 cm.) Socket head with coco-model face,blue sleep eyes,dramatically-painted
lashes,closed mouth with hint of smile,five-piece lady body with swivel waist and posed
legs,blonde-rooted hair with finger curls. She is wearing red taffeta gown under a black velvet
jacket with lace trim,ornate black velvet bonnet with black net veil and flowers,stiffened taffeta
petticoat,panties,stockings,red flat shoes,solitaire ring. The costume is tagged "Madame
Alexander". Excellent condition,slight fading of red. Alexander,model 2063,1966 from the series
of Coco dolls,inspired by French designer Coco Chanel,with unique facial model,and body
sculpture designed as a model's pose,made for this year only.
