Great collections are about selectivity. In the case of the late Peggy Lancaster of Palos Verde, California, she focused her vision on the elegant lady dolls of the 18th-20th centuries, and so her collection centered on rare French fashion dolls, superb English woodens, and refined German bisque ladies with sculpted hair. Within you will find French bisque bébés by Bru, Jumeau and Schmitt et Fils. Of note are two ensembles originally belonging to Blondinette. 8.5" x 11". Softbound. 128 full-color pages.
