Description
20" (51 cm.) Bisque socket head with angular and strong-featured facial shape, painted large blue eyes with upper-glancing expression, thick black upper eyeliner, angled feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with outlined lips, impressed cheek dimples, blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition generally excellent. Marks: 520 8. Comments: Kley and Hahn, circa 1910. Value Points: especially fine sculpting of cheek dimples, artistic painting of eyes, original body and body finish, wonderful antique costume.
