Description
21" (53 cm.) h. wizard, including hat. Each has felt pressed and painted face with added black shoe-button pupils, hollow torso for use as puppet play, including Wizard with white beard, distinctive robe with symbolic omens, and tall wizard hat; young boy with stitched on felt hair, and young girl with coronet of flowers. Also included (not shown) is woman with unusual red hair and fancy bonnet. Excellent condition. Else Hecht, from her Munich art studio, 1930s.
