Description
8" (20 cm.) Each with bisque socket head, painted blue eyes, painted brows and facial features, closed mouth with pouting expression, blonde or brunette mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: K*R 101 (or 114) 21. Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt, circa 1912, from the firm's art character series, the models marketed as Hans and Peter. Value Points: wonderful little pair, each with original wig, fully-articulated body and body finish, antique costume, and carrying original Steiff bulldog pup with amber glass eyes and early Steiff button in ear.
