18" (46 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, blue glass inset eyes with darker blue outer irises, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, arched brows, closed mouth with accented lips, pierced ears, brunette human hair over cork pate, padded stockinette body over metal armature allowing for infinite articulation, bisque lower legs with bare feet, bisque hands, lovely costume. Condition: generally excellent, professional restoration to fingers of left hand and left leg. Marks: 4 (head and shoulderplate). Comments: Gaultier, with Gesland body, circa 1875. Value Points: rare body model, lovely complexion and painting of features.
