14" (36 cm.) x 9"h. x 8"d. The wooden domed top doll trunk has pale green linen-like fabric cover with wooden slats, black metal edging, and cast brass handles, and hinges open to reveal an interior which is lined with transfer-pattern cotton fabric including the lift-out tray. With lock and key. Very good condition overall. Mid-1800s.
