17" (43 cm.) Gofun-finished complexion on swivel head, crepe-wrapped upper limbs, mache torso and lower limbs, enamel inset eyes, black shaded brows, closed mouth, black human hair in bob with bangs. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Japan, Ichimatsu child doll, circa 1930. Value Points: beautifully-preserved, the doll wearing original fine lustrous silk kimono with intricate designs, obi, slippers.
