Description
12" (30 cm.) Each with Lissy face with unique coiffure color and style to accentuate their character, and each is wearing elaborate original costume. The costumes are each tagged "Louisa M. Alcott's Little Women by Madame Alexander All Rights Reserved" and with name of the character, viz. Marme, Meg, Jo, Beth, Amy or Laurie. Each costume is tagged. Near mint condition. Alexander, Lissy face models, 1966, the presentation of the Little Women characters had been a constant focus of Madame Alexander from her early cloth and composition dolls, and onto the hard plastic era.
