Wearing tagged dress of blue polished cotton that is designed to appear as a pinafore, yet is actually a one-piece dress with red and white Peter Pan collar with white rick-rack trim and puffed sleeves, white rick-rack trim on skirt, cotton petticoat and panties, white socks, red suede-like snap-front shoes, blue felt cap with ribbon ties to match the collar, red hat box with fashion award emblem. Near mint condition. Alexander, 1953, from the "Winsome Winnie Walker" series of that year, with box.
