Description
15" (38 cm.) All-cloth doll with swivel head, pressed felt face with painted brown side-glancing eyes, painted upper lashes, blushed cheeks, reddish brown mohair wig with side-coiled braids, stitch-jointing at shoulders and hips. She is wearing original red organdy print dress with stitched-on apron front, onesie undergarment with pantalets, socks and black front-snap shoes with buckle trim. The costume is tagged "Agnes/Madame Alexander NY". Near mint condition. Madame Alexander, 1935, from her series of Dickens character dolls.
