18" (46 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, Dehors articulation of head allowing the head to tilt side-to-side and forward as well as standard swivel, blue glass inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, arched feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with daintily accented lips, ears pierced into head, brunette mohair wig over cork pate, all-wooden poupee body with dowel-jointing at shoulders, elbows, wrists, hips, knees and ankles, deluxe swivel jointing at waist and upper legs. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 4. Comments: French, circa 1870. Value Points: very fine state of preservation with rarity factors including deluxe wooden body and Dehors neck articulation.
