8" (20 cm.) Standing upon a wooden platform behind a wooden table is a wooden Grodnertal doll with painted features and hair, dowel-jointed body, wearing original costume. The table is laden with a bounty of exceptional early wares in a rich assortment. Condition: well-preserved and original albeit age darkened costume and wares. Comments: presented for the English market, early 1800s. Value Points: wonderfully laden table with notions, folio of drawings, musical instruments.
