All-composition doll with brown complexion, sculpted short hair with forelock curls, painted brown side-glancing eyes, pug nose, closed mouth with impish smile, dimpled cheeks, toddler body with jointing at shoulders and hips, starfish-shaped hands. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Scootles, designed by Rose O’Neill, made by Cameo, circa 1930s. Value Points: rare brown complexion, Scootles is wearing original romper suit and has original gilt paper "Scootles" wrist tag.
