Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked and feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with center accent line, brunette hand-tied human hair wig, composition and wooden fully-jointed body with straight wrists, beautifully costumed in fine silk dress and undergarments. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 14. Comments: Kestner, circa 1890. Value Points: the wistful-faced closed mouth child doll owns a domed trunk which contains a lavish trousseau including six additional dresses, undergarments, and various accessories.
