Description
26" (66 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, painted lashes, brushstroked brows, open mouth, outlined lips, four porcelain teeth, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Germany S (pb in star) H 5500. Comments: Schoneau and Hoffmeister, circa 1910. Value Points: the pretty dolly-face girl is all original, with soft mohair curls, original body and body finish, and wearing muslin chemise dress with lace trim, magenta satin shoes and socks.
