13" (33 cm.) All-composition with socket head, brown sleep eyes, lashes, dark eyeshadow, closed mouth with bow-shaped red lips, blonde human hair in original coiffure, jointing at shoulders and hips, swivel waist. She is wearing original dotted-Swiss dress with red ribbon and lace trim, attached petticoat, panties, white socks, white side-snap shoes with buckle trim, red felt hat with red berries. The costume has original cloth tag "Wendy Ann/Madame Alexander/All Rights Reserved". Near mint condition. Madame Alexander, 1939, the doll is presented in her original red/pink striped box with original label which has illustrations of the doll, and with original gold foil tag and original postcard describing the graceful and realistic movements of the doll.
