23" (58 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, painted curly lashes, short brushstroked brows, accented nostrils, open mouth, four porcelain teeth, brunette human hair wig over plaster pate, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: H made in Germany 12 JDK 241. Comments: Kestner, the model is known as "Hilda's older sister" in reference to her resemblance to the Hilda model, circa 1915. Value Points: hard-to-find model with beautiful matte bisque, original body and body finish.
