7 1/2" (19 cm.) Bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, blue glass inset eyes with spiral threading, thick dark eyeliner, painted lashes, mauve-blushed eyeshadow, lightly-feathered wide brows, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with delicately-accented lips, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: Pierre-Francois Jumeau, circa 1875, his portrait model of poupee. Value Points: very beautiful face enhanced by very fine quality of bisque, complexion and painting.
