The firm-sided blue velvet toque with draped sides is decorated with blue silk bows and streamers, has original silk lining, and long black streamers of tulle and Alencon lace. Along with blue kidskin shoes with scalloped edging, bows, and black heels. 2 1/2" width. 3"l. shoes. Circa 1865.
