11" (28 cm.) All-felt with center-seamed face and pressed features, black shoe-button eyes, painted brows, closed mouth with shy smile, shaggy brunette mohair wig, five-piece body. Condition: good, few moth holes, costume wear. Marks: Steiff (early metal button in ear). Comments: Germany, Steiff, from the 1910 series of art character dolls designed by Arthur Schlopsnies. Value Points: the little girl is wearing original country style costume.
