Description
8" (20 cm.) Arranged on a base under an early blown glass dome is a poured wax child with painted costume and hat, on stepped arrangement with wax flowers and lamb, and framed by a garland of flowers. Excellent condition. From a series of miniature wax vignettes originally created as "valentine" gifts, Germany, mid-1800s.
