Bisque socket head, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, thick dark eyeliner, mauve-blushed eyeshadow, brushstroked and feathered brows, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with defined space between the shaded lips, dimpled chin, pierced ears, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body with straight wrists. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Depose E 10 J (head) Jumeau Medaille d'Or Paris (body). Comments: Emile Jumeau, his signature model bebe, circa 1883. Value Points: especially beautiful bebe with large entrancing eyes, finest bisque and complexion, original body, body finish, wig, beautiful antique costume, signed Jumeau shoes.
