Description
Of crisp mauve taffeta silk, the two-piece ensemble includes a fitted jacket with rounded collar, peplum, and elbow-length fitted sleeves above lace-lined ruffled lower sleeves. Along with a very full skirt with flat front and cartridge pleats at the back waist, with extended train. The costume is decorated with lavish bands of pleated lace-edged muslin with ivory bias trim, and dainty garlands of green silk leaves draped across the front and train of the gown. There are decorative silk bows at the elbows and back. To fit 13" lady. 3 1/2" shoulder width. 6" waist. 10" overall length.
