Description
8" (20 cm.) Each is of sculpted softpaste with defined google-eyed expressions, grimacing lips, sculpted costumes, posed on base to simulate stone and brick wall, each with five receptacles for holding various treats or trinkets. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: circa, 1890s, the softpaste figures, each with impressed model numbers, were based upon the original Brownie illustrations of Palmer Cox. Value Points: rare to find figures with wonderfully detailed costumes and stances.
