Of narrow brown and black horizontal stripes, the bolero-style jacket has wide pagoda sleeves, is fully lined and has black velvet edging and bands and self piping at the neck. Along with a brown velvet wire-framed bonnet with brown silk bow and streamers, black Alencon lace, and floral accent. 4 1/2" shoulder width. 2" inside head width. Circa 1865.
