16" (43 cm.) Bisque socket head, brown glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, fringed upper lashes, one-stroke tapered brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with full lips, pouting expression, blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: K*R 101 43. Comments: Kammer and Reinhardt, circa 1912, the rare glass-eyed version of K*R's art character Marie. Value Points: the rare doll has most endearing wistful expression, original body and body finish, choice bisque.
