Description
22" (56 cm.) 12" x 11". The wooden-framed one-room shop has original ochre painted exterior with natural-stained front columns decorated with red stencil striping, two side cabinets with open shelving trimmed with carved shelf-aprons in an elaborate fashion, back display which extends the entire wall having two sections of six spice drawers centering an open display niche that contains a matching etagere. A spindled gallery extends across the back and sides, and shapely columns flank each section of drawers. The drawers have white porcelain labels with black lettering and porcelain knobs, an early scale with brass trays is included. Very good condition, some wear to original wall and floor papers, wooden finish is excellent. Germany, circa 1890, Christian Hacker.
