9" (23 cm.) The firmly-stuffed bulldog has velvet face with painted whiskers, black embroidered nose, amber glass eyes, painted mouth, swivel head, brushed cropped cream mohair body with black rump and little tail, and is posed on the metal bars of a red wooden wheeled base. Fair/good condition, some spotting, overall very sturdy. Germany, Steiff, circa 1930s.
