Description
Of tiny checkered pattern cotton in green and cream with transfer design of darker green and brown branches, the ensemble includes a fitted basque peplum jacket, pagoda sleeves, hook and loop and hook and button closure at the front, self-piping at neck and shoulders, along with a full gathered skirt, and with a matching cape (not shown). The ensemble is trimmed with narrow black velvet ribbons. To fit 18" lady doll. 4" shoulder width. 8" waist. 14" overall. Circa 1860.
