8 1/2" (22 cm.) Paper mache shoulderhead, rounded child-like face, sculpted black hair in arranged short curls, painted facial features, large brown eyes, single-stroke brows, closed mouth with center accent line, slender kid body, wooden lower limbs, painted green flat shoes. Condition: generally excellent, two faint craze lines at low shoulderplate. Comments: Germany, circa 1860. Value Points, rare brown eyes on the well-preserved early miniature doll, wearing her original costume with wonderful bonnet and carrying her own (worn) little wooden doll.
