Bisque shoulderhead with plump rounded face, almond-shaped cobalt blue glass eyes, black eyeliner, painted lashes, mauve-blushed eye shadow, arched feathered brows, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with pale accented lips, blonde mohair wig over cork pate, muslin stitch-jointed body, kid arms, stitched and separated fingers. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: E. 8 Depose B. Comments: Barrois, circa 1865. Value Points: very endearing rosy-cheeked doll with mauve eyeshadow and brilliant eyes enhanced by rich eyeliner, original wig, original body, wearing original linen costume with fringed detail, undergarments, leather boots.
