15" (38 cm.) Bisque socket head, large brown glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, rose blushed eye shadow, brushstroked brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with outlined lips, pierced ears, auburn mohair wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent, some rubs to original finish on hands. Marks: Depose Tete Jumeau Bte SGDG 6 (head) Bebe Jumeau Diplome d'honneur (body). Comments: Emile Jumeau, circa 1888. Value Points: all-original bebe is wearing original muslin chemise with Bebe Jumeau gilt banner on waist, Jumeau earrings, and with antique boots and socks.
