Description
A polished sateen cap has lace-edged bavolet, and lace edging around the face, with rose silk bows and streamers; along with thickly woven slippers with silk lining, buckles with silk fringe, and having old paper script "Chaussures" (shoes) on inside soles. French, late 1700s.
