16" (41 cm.) Pink-tinted bisque socket head, deeply set eye sockets, intaglio deep blue eyes with large black pupils, white eyedots, incised eyeliner, short stroke brows, accented nostrils, closed mouth with center accent line and downcast lips, blonde mohair wig, composition and wooden ball-jointed body, antique folklore costume. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 6969 Germany 6. Comments: Gebruder Heubach, circa 1910. Value Points: especially fine quality of bisque and painting on the pouty child.
