8" (20 cm.) All-carved wood poodle with carved open mouth, painted teeth and black nose, glass eyes, and with original lambswool fleeced mane, ears, whiskers, and tail tip. Generally excellent. American, Schoenhut, circa 1910, this was the first model of the poodle.
