Description
20" (51 cm.) overall extended. 5" l. heads. Each has carved wooden head with sculpted and painted details of hair, hat, and characterized facial features, each attached to original cloth costume with wooden hands and lower legs, painted shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: mid-1800s, included are Punch, Judy and Polichinelle. Value Points: wonderfully-preserved original finish and imaginative carving, rare-to-find original costumes.
