Of black and russet brown wool, the dachshund has elongated torso, swivel head with pronounced snout, black shoe button eyes, embroidered nose tip, black ears, jointed short legs, black upright tail. With original early Steiff button in ear. Excellent condition. Germany, Steiff, circa 1915.
