8" (20 cm.) overall. 3 1/2" to waist. Waist-up porcelain half-doll of elegant 18th-century lady, grey sculpted hair topped by grey cap with encircling coronet of flowers and yellow streamer, downcast head, arms extended from body, expressive fingers, attached to cloth base with porcelain legs and pink heeled shoes, rose silk dress, and posed seated on original tapestry-covered bench. Excellent condition. Germany, circa 1910, Dressel & Kister.
