5 1/2" (14 cm.) A wooden-framed toilette box with pull-out drawer at side is surmounted by a frame which encloses a hinged mirror; having decorative pressed gilt paper cover, original mirror, opaque glass top. The drawer was originally purposed as a candy container, designed to be later used as an accessory for poupee display. Condition: generally excellent. Comments: French, circa 1875. Value Points: rare and beautifully constructed accessory in fine state of preservation.
