Bisque socket head, blue glass paperweight inset eyes, painted lashes with "dot" accents, brushstroked brows, accented eye corners, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with shaded and outlined lips, pierced ears, brunette hand-tied human hair wig over Steiner pate, French composition fully-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: J. Steiner Bte SGDG Paris Fre A 17 (head) Le Petit Parisien (body). Comments: Jules Steiner, circa 1888. Value Points: the classic bebe has lovely delicate bisque, original signed body, lovely antique costume.
