23" (58 cm.) Bisque socket head with amber-tinted complexion, brown glass sleep eyes, dark eyeliner, painted dark curly lashes, incised eyeliner, black brushstroked brows, accented eye corners and nostrils of pointy nose, open mouth with slightly parted accented lips, four black mohair wigs in original upswept coiffure with hair ornaments, amber tinted composition and wooden ball-jointed body. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: 30 164. Comments: Simon and Halbig, circa 1900. Value Points: the rare model, especially in this larger size, has finest quality of bisque and amber complexion with delicately-rendered blush, original body and body finish, original coiffure, antique silk costume.
