13" (33 cm.) Each has celluloid socket head, painted brown boyish hair swirled across the forehead, painted blue eyes, brown eyeshadow, closed mouth, firmly-stuffed cloth body with jointing at shoulders and hips. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: Germany (helmet symbol) Dar Kennzeichen fur Gediegenheitu. Guten Geschmack/Nurnberger Kunstlerpuppe (paper label on one with stamped word Berner indicating the costume design). Comments: Germany, circa 1920. Value Points: fabulous original costumes with wonderful detail.
