Bisque socket head, blue/grey glass paperweight inset eyes with rich spiral threading, dark eyeliner encircles the eyecut, long painted lashes, widely feathered brows, accented nostrils and eye corners, closed mouth with accented lips, pierced ears, brunette mohair braided wig over cork pate, French composition and wooden fully jointed body, antique maroon silk and lace costume, antique matching set of undergarments, maroon stockings and bonnet, leather shoes. Condition: generally excellent. Marks: E. 4 D. Comments: Etienne Denamur, circa 1890. Value Points: an unusually pretty bebe by this firm with closed mouth, shy expression, original body and body finish.
