Of red cotton with blue and white polka dots, and with organdy collar with unusual cut and ruffled edges. Known as the "birthday" dress for its resemblance to an identical dress worn by Shirley on her birthday. With early NRA cotton woven label. Very good condition, some light fading of front panel. Circa 1934.
