Arranged in a theatrical manner on two wooden floor stages are a grand assortment of carved bone people, animals and accessories, along with spinning wheels and fancy columns; there are six various people in elegant costumes, along with three dogs. The toy is designed that when the front knob is turned, it causes the tall man and woman at the back to move their arms up and down. Three have missing arms, the mechanism needs repair, and there are a few chips of bone. Early 1800s, rare and very intricately carved and constructed.
