Description
4 1/2" (11 cm.) Polychromed terra cotta mountain goat posed on self-base with ground cover finish, has brown shaggy coat, short tail, extended curled horns, white shaded beard, enamel eyes. Excellent condition. Neapolitan, late 1700s/early 1800s, attributed to Francesco Gallo, modeled of animals at the Royal Porcelain Factory.
