Bisque swivel head with amber brown complexion on matching kid-edged bisque shoulderplate, modeled bosom and shoulderblades, very full cheeks, amber brown glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, dark brown brushstroked brows, rose-blushed eyeshadow, pierced ears, black curly mohair wig over cork pate, kid bebe body with slender torso, kid-over-wooden upper arms, brown bisque forearms, Chevrot hinged hips, wooden lower legs, pretty silk costume, undergarments, silk bonnet. Condition: generally excellent, tiny flake at right pierced ear hole. Marks: (circle dot symbol on head) No 2 Bru Jne (shoulderplate). Galerie Vivienne Jouets (original boutique label on body). Comments: Leon Casimir Bru, circa 1884. Value Points: beautiful bebe with gleaming "cafe-au-lait" complexion, very sturdy original body, perfect hands, original shoes signed "Bru Jne Paris".
