Description
The flat-topped black velvet toque is edged by a narrow brim of Alencon lace under blue draped silk accented under tiny clear beads, and with Alencon streamers interwoven with aqua silk ribbons. Along with a blue silk waist sash with large bow and streamers. 3 1/2" inside head width. Circa 1860.
