Description
Constructed of ruffled stitched-down bands of black silk taffeta which are encircled with six rosettes of embroidered tulle interwoven with blue silk ribbons, and accented with black chenille loops and blue silk bow and streamers. Along with a blue silk waist sash and lappets with guipure lace overlay. 5"h. 2 1/2" inside head width. Circa 1865.
